Unveling XR! Extreme Reach's New Brand Identity

Jo Kinsella Appointed Global President, Source
In conjunction with today’s brand reveal, we also announced the appointment of Jo Kinsella as Global President of Source, XR’s platform to power creative storytelling on a global scale. In her role, Jo takes immediate responsibility for Source’s global growth strategy, teams and execution. Jo is a much-beloved, 25-year software veteran with a proven track record of bringing to market innovative products and services across the adtech and fintech industries. Throughout her career, Jo has powered the success of brands worldwide, while helping the companies she’s led to achieve their full potential.
Prior to her appointment, Jo most recently served as president of global ad delivery and measurement company Innovid, a role she took on after the acquisition of TVSquared, which Jo co-founded.
