Radin Joins XR as its New President for SpotlightXR - Signals a Renewed Focus on Revolutionizing Entertainment and Commercial Payroll and Payments
NEW YORK, NY MAY 2, 2024 – XR Extreme Reach (XR), a global technology company that powers the creative economy, announced it has appointed Brian Radin as President of SpotlightXR, XR’s division focused on modernizing and reimagining payroll, accounting, vendor payments and residuals for the entertainment industry and commercial talent.
This appointment signals XR’s focus on advancing its strategy to transform Production Payroll and Accounting across the entertainment and commercial industries by leveraging its leadership position in commercial talent to fuel growth in production payroll. Radin is accountable for steering SpotlightXR’s strategy, revenue management and operations with a strong emphasis on accelerating growth and profitability.
“Brian has decades of experience in the payment industry and is known for building highly engaged teams, identifying disruptive technologies and streamlining processes in order to accelerate profitable growth,” said Louisa Wong, chief executive officer for XR. “Based on his demonstrated performance, he will bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to further enhance our capabilities in the talent management and payroll space. Radin was most recently President of Fleetcor’s Prepaid card business, where he established the business model and drove meaningful profitable growth. In addition to Fleetcor, Radin has led companies primarily focused on delivering payroll and payments solutions including global payroll, professional employer organizations and human capital technology. He has also held senior roles with Comcast, Booz & Co., ADP and Aon Hewitt. He received an MBA from the Wharton School, an MS from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
